Shipping policy
Please double check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. Customers will be billed for any extra fees associated with re-sending packages because of an incorrect address.
Shipping times are displayed on checkout. Please note that the shipping time does not include the time to prepare your order, which is usually one, occasionally two business days. We generally aim to ship orders placed by 3pm the next business day. Please reach out if you need a rush order.
The following shipping rates are guaranteed:

- UPS Express, Express Early, Express Plus, Express Saver
- Fedex Express First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight
- Canpar Express
- Canada Post Expresspost, Expedited Parcel
Shipping times for all other rates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
What does "guaranteed" mean?
If the package does not arrive in the timeframe provided by the courier, you'll be refunded the shipping cost, except in circumstances outside of the courier's control (e.g., Acts of God, weather events, etc.).
