Customers placing orders to be delivered in Halifax and surrounding areas get FREE DELIVERY on orders of $99. The delivery fee for orders under $99 is either $10 or $14 depending on the area. See the FAQs for more information on our local delivery area.

Orders over $99 to the contiguous United States get $10 flat-rate standard shipping. Shipping costs to the United States for orders under $99 vary based on location and are shown on checkout. Customs fees are not charged for orders under $150 CAD.

Please double check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. Customers will be billed for any extra fees associated with re-sending packages because of an incorrect address.

Shipping times are displayed on checkout. Please note that the shipping time does not include the time to prepare your order, which is usually one, occasionally two business days. We generally aim to ship orders placed by 3pm the next business day. Please reach out if you need a rush order.

What does "guaranteed" mean?

If the package does not arrive in the timeframe provided by the courier, you'll be refunded the shipping cost, except in circumstances outside of the courier's control (e.g., Acts of God, weather events, etc.).
