How does shipping work?

Shipping in Canada: 

Our boxes are shipped throughout Canada using UPS, Fedex, GLS, ICS Courier, Canpar and Purolator. Our website will give estimated shipping times, however we can not guarantee the exact delivery date. 

Please double check the shipping address before placing an order to make sure your order arrives on time and on budget. 

We're happy to offer hassle-free gift shipping to the US! Our full shipping policy is available here. Please note we ship only within Canada and the US.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (weekdays except holidays) within 24 hours of being placed. Please allow an extra business day of processing time for orders placed during peak holiday times (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day).

Shipping times vary based on location and restrictions. Generally, orders within Ontario take 1-2 business days, and orders to cities in Quebec take 2-3 business days. Orders to smaller towns and more remote areas, as well as BC and NS The can take 5-10 business days. Please note these shipping time estimates do not include the 24-48 hour processing time required.

On the checkout screen you'll get an estimated shipping timeframe, and once your order is shipped you'll get a tracking number sent to you. If you're looking for an estimate before you place an order, please email us

 

At this time, we can only send gifts to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to order multiple gifts going to different addresses in the same order, please contact us and we'll be happy to put together your order for you.

Yes! Just include your note in the message section for the greeting card you decide to go with. There's a space to write this note on each gift box page, whether you're building your own gift box or shopping from our selection of curated gift boxes.
