Refund policy

Returns:

All sales of products and gift boxes purchased through Heartica are final. If the recipient receives a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, please contact us immediately at

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any refunds or replacements are made solely at our discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

From the cart page, click "checkout" to start the checkout process. Right next to where it says "Ship to", there's a little down arrow. If you click the arrow, you might see a list of addresses that you've used previously. At the bottom of that list, you'll see it says "use a different address". If you click on that, you'll be able to add a different shipping address.

If you need to change the shipping address after you've placed an order (and before it's shipped), please contact us ASAP with the correct address.
